Yogis @ School

Class will take your little yogi on exciting and imaginative adventures. Classes begin with breathing exercises to help calm the nervous system and promote relaxation after a long day of school. Class then explores a variety of yoga asanas (poses) to build physical strength and flexibility. Class typically concludes with crafts and meditation exercises to help your little yogi leave class with a feeling of true relaxation.
