Join Athleta & Katie Day Yoga for a complementary yoga and mindfulness class for girls ages 11-16!

This class is designed to help girls of this age navigate the teenage years, which bring many changes to the physical, mental and emotional bodies. Join me for a Mommy N Me yoga class to celebrate Mother's Day a bit early! This all-levels class will feature relaxing breath exercises, a restorative yoga flow, partner poses, and a reflective art activity. Class is designed for moms to bring up to two children each.

Moms & their little yogis, ages 6-12 are welcome!

Class size is limited to twenty people, moms and little ones included. Please come with comfy clothes, a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open heart. All “moms” are welcome!

Cost: $50 per pair or $60 for three (one mom and two kids)
